Privacy Policy

Trident Pixel Sdn Bhd (“Trident Pixel”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates Spot Parking. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Spot Parking mobile application and related services.
Information We Collect
We collect information that you provide, information created through your use of the service, and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
Account Information
Spot Parking uses Firebase Authentication. Depending on how you sign in, this may include your name, email address, phone number, profile image, and authentication identifiers.
Location Information
The app requests device location permissions to help you find or use nearby parking. Location access is used according to the permission you grant and the app’s operating-system settings.
Firebase Services
Spot Parking uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions to provide account, parking, booking, storage, and secure backend functionality.
Device / Diagnostic Information
The app and its service providers may process standard technical information required for authentication, security, reliability, and troubleshooting. Spot Parking does not currently use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or Cloud Messaging in the application configuration.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to authenticate users, provide parking discovery and booking features, manage parking offers, process payments through Billplz where applicable, operate backend services, prevent misuse, provide support, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing of Information
Information may be shared with Firebase, Billplz, and other service providers only as needed to provide the service, process payments, maintain security, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your Spot Parking account through our account deletion page or by emailing support@tridentpixel.org. We will delete account-linked personal information, subject to information that must be retained by law or for legitimate security, payment, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including Firebase security controls and authenticated backend functions, to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
Spot Parking is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
