Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Spot Parking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Spot Parking Service

Spot Parking provides tools for discovering parking, publishing parking offers, managing bookings, and related communications. Features may vary by location and app version.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Information provided to us must be accurate and current.

Parking Information and Availability

Parking availability, pricing, location details, access instructions, and other information may change. We do not guarantee that a listed parking space will remain available or suitable for your needs.

User Responsibilities

You must follow applicable laws, parking rules, property rules, and instructions shown in the app. You are responsible for the vehicle and belongings you bring to a parking location.

Payments

Where payments are enabled, payment processing is provided through Billplz or another payment provider identified during checkout. Prices and applicable charges are shown before confirmation.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellation or refund terms shown at checkout or in the relevant booking flow apply to that transaction. Where no refund is offered by the applicable booking terms, refunds are not guaranteed.

Prohibited Use

You must not misuse the service, provide false information, interfere with its operation, bypass security, access another person’s account, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, operational, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trident Pixel Sdn Bhd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached, the service is misused, or suspension is necessary for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service and request account deletion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Malaysia, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after publication of updated terms means you accept the revised terms.
